Credits and AI Generation
Credits spent on AI generation are non-refundable.
- AI video generation is a digital service that is rendered immediately upon request
- Once credits are used to generate content, the service has been provided and cannot be reversed
- This includes successful generations, failed generations due to invalid prompts, and partially completed generations
- Credits are consumed when AI processing begins, regardless of the outcome
Subscription Refunds
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable except as required by law or in cases of:
- Billing errors or duplicate charges
- Service outages lasting more than 48 consecutive hours
- Significant feature removal without notice
You can cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
Technical Issues
